Tom is a workers? compensation insurance company executive with 25 years industry experience. He comes to AUI from Highland Risk Services where he was executive vice president. Before that, Tom was the president and CEO of Diamond Insurance Company, a company that he formed in 1996. There he was able to create the business model for a one-of-a-kind workers? compensation insurer and grow the company from a one state operation to a 14 state platform.
