Cyber-Ark Software, which provides
identity management solutions to financial institutions and other enterprise customers worldwide, has raised a healthy
$40 million in venture capital funding in a round led by Goldman Sachs and Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP). Founded in 1999, Cyber-Ark had previously raised $25 million from angel investors and VCs.
